Dr. Puglia is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Dr. P earned her M.Ed. in Human Services Counseling in 2001 from the University of New Orleans. Her Ph.D. was awarded in 2008 from Old dominion University (Norfolk, Virginia). After spending four years as a faculty member at Eastern Kentucky University, she returned home to New Orleans in 2012 where she has been in private practice. Dr. Puglia works with adults, adolescents and couples. She is LGBTQ+ friendly. Dr. Puglia works with all types of relationship issues. Dr. Puglia treats all types of mood disorders, including, depression and anxiety. She also works with adult survivors of childhood abuse.
